Marcus “Duke” Hardy
Chief Executive Officer · Marathon Fiber Group
An entrepreneur, mentor, and former professional baseball player bringing a competitor’s drive and a people-first mindset to fiber sales.
Originally from Chicago, Duke moved to Houston to play collegiate baseball. His athletic background helped shape the discipline, resilience, and commitment to teamwork he brings to business.
At Marathon Fiber Group, he leads with a clear vision: build a national powerhouse in fiber sales while creating opportunities for motivated people to grow. His focus is on developing representatives, strengthening ISP relationships, and building a team that takes pride in its work.
Grounded in faith and family, Duke values integrity, perseverance, and investing in people—the principles behind Marathon’s commitment to going the distance.
